Beyond “it works”

We build systems that are understandable, controlled and ready to evolve with the business.

Proactive IT operations

Visibility before the incident.
A plan when something changes.

Daily IT needs shared visibility, correct prioritisation and clear responsibility, not fragmented interventions from disconnected suppliers.

One point of technical responsibility

We manage support, networks, servers, cloud and security as one connected environment.

Dependencies are documented and changes are coordinated, so investigation starts from an accurate system view rather than guesswork.

Targeted monitoring

Availability, resources, capacity and critical services are monitored against limits that reflect real business operation.

Assessment & escalation

Meaningful alerts are assessed for impact, prioritised and routed through an agreed response path.

Reports that drive action

Incidents and recurring patterns guide the next technical improvements.

Support.Land Mission Control

One incident.
One clear recovery path.

An anonymised, representative operating scenario shows how alerting, analysis, intervention and verification connect, without exposing customer data.

  1. Alert detected

Monitoring confirms a meaningful change in a critical service.

  2. Dependency analysis

Network, host, services and recent changes are correlated.

  3. Remote intervention

The agreed recovery path begins with controlled, logged actions.

  4. Recovery & verification

Service returns, metrics stabilise and the next preventive action is recorded.

Field work

From the problem.
To an operational solution.

Representative, anonymised project patterns explain our design and delivery process. No customer identities or unverified measurements are shown.

CASE / HEALTHCARE

Clinical infrastructure with clear boundaries

  1. ProblemCritical applications, devices and guests share one network layer.
  2. DesignMap flows, VLANs, permissions and recovery priorities.
  3. ImplementationSegmented network, monitoring, tested backup and documentation.
  4. ResultControlled access and clearer incident investigation.

Representative scenario · no specific customer data

CASE / MULTI-SITE

Multiple sites, one operating view

  1. ProblemDifferent equipment, unclear ownership and fragmented support.
  2. DesignOne network standard, secure links and shared documentation.
  3. ImplementationCentral monitoring, remote management and repeatable changes.
  4. ResultA common view and faster, evidence-based response.

Representative scenario · no specific customer data

CASE / CONTINUITY

Infrastructure designed for recovery

  1. ProblemBackups are untested and workloads depend on one host.
  2. DesignService priorities, isolated copies and a failover path.
  3. ImplementationClustering where justified, replication, monitoring and restore drills.
  4. ResultA known recovery path and less operational uncertainty.

Representative scenario · no specific customer data

Evidence standard

Real projects and reviews.
Only with approval.

Case studies

Published only with a confirmed scope, timeframe, measurable outcome and written approval for the chosen level of anonymisation.

Customer reviews

Shown only when supplied for public use. We do not invent quotations or alter the meaning of a genuine review.

The project cards above remain explicitly labelled as representative scenarios until genuine material is approved.

Technology Readiness Snapshot

Five answers.
Readiness and priorities.

A short indicative snapshot organises the scale, complexity and maturity of the environment, creates priorities and transfers the result to the form or a PDF.

Sectors we support

Different operations.
The right technical architecture.

Every sector has different flows, risks and dependencies. Explore how the topology and service mix changes.

Before / After

From uncertainty.
To controlled infrastructure.

Move the divider to compare a flat, undocumented environment with a segmented and monitored architecture.

BEFORE

Flat network, one backup, unclear dependencies.

Devices and services share the same layer. Every failure starts a new investigation.

USERSWi-FiSERVERBACKUP
AFTER

VLANs, monitoring, recovery plan and clear ownership.

Flows are controlled, dependencies are known and recovery follows a tested plan.

The team behind the operation

Technical knowledge does not remain with one person.

Support.Land operates as an organised technical team with a shared infrastructure view, documentation and a clear path of responsibility from investigation to post-delivery support.

Support framework

Clear terms.
Correct expectations.

Availability, response commitments and coverage are agreed before work begins. We do not present monitoring as 24/7 human support when that service is not explicitly included.

Remote support

Provided where access and the type of incident allow it, through controlled connectivity and recorded technical actions.

On-site assistance

Arranged according to location, criticality, required scope and team availability.

Support agreements

Define service hours, request channels, priorities, initial-response commitments and an escalation path.

One-off work

Starts with an assessment and clear scope. It does not automatically include emergency priority or continuous coverage.

Emergency incidents

Out-of-hours intervention is available only where an active agreement includes it and follows the agreed escalation path.

Coverage area

Remote service where technically possible and on-site coverage after confirmation for the specific location.

Immediate responseCritical operation unavailable · immediate assessment under the SLA
Elevated priorityMajor degradation · prioritised investigation
Scheduled handlingNo critical outage · scheduled handling

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin,
we clarify the essentials.

The exact terms are documented in the proposal or support agreement. These answers explain the general framework.

Ask a specific question
How quickly do you respond?

Initial response depends on priority and the active agreement. Binding response times are defined in the SLA; submitting the public form does not automatically create an emergency SLA.

Can you take over existing infrastructure?

Yes, after systems, access, dependencies, backups and key risks are assessed. Takeover is staged so that critical changes are not made without control.

Do you provide remote and on-site support?

Yes. Remote intervention is used when safe and effective; on-site assistance is arranged when physical inspection or installation is required.

Do you support small businesses?

Yes. The model depends on need, criticality and infrastructure complexity, not only on user count.

Is a support contract required?

Not for every project. We deliver one-off implementations and organised support agreements. Continuous monitoring, binding response times and out-of-hours escalation require an explicit agreement.

What does onboarding include?

Inventory, secure access handover, backup review, mapping of critical services, an open-issues record and agreed priorities.

Does 24/7 monitoring mean 24/7 human intervention?

Not necessarily. Continuous metrics and alert collection are different from guaranteed human response. The latter applies only where explicitly included in the agreement.

Are you an official partner of every displayed manufacturer?

Not automatically. The logos describe technologies we support. The relationship is stated explicitly as Certified or Certified · Partner only where it is current, specific and verifiable.

How we work

One technical team.
From need to stable operation.

We do not simply hand over equipment or code. We understand the environment, design the right solution and remain accountable after delivery.

  1. Listen & assess

Map needs, infrastructure, constraints and business risk.

  2. Design clearly

Propose a specific architecture, cost and delivery path.

  3. Deploy with control

Implement in safe stages with backups, testing and documentation.

  4. Monitor & support

Stay active with maintenance and human response.
